|Before returning any products, please email us at CustomerService@SuperOrganicFoods.com for instructions and a Return Authorization. If available, please make sure to include your order number (sometimes called an invoice number) in the subject of your email.
Any unopened and unused product may be returned for any reason within thirty days. The product(s) must be in new condition with original, resalable packaging. The product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
For health reasons, any opened products are not returnable. Similarly, any products where the labeling or packaging has been torn in such a way that the products are not resalable are also not returnable.
Upon arrival of the returned product(s), a refund will be issued for the cost of the product(s), but not including any shipping charges.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order.
All returns must be authorized within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier within five days of receipt.
We are not able to accept returns on international orders.
For large or wholesale orders, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returned products. This minimal cost only covers our fees to receive the order and restock the inventory. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.
Important: We cannot assume responsibility for products that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS including tracking and insurance (although you may want to purchase more insurance). The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it at a nominal fee.
